Notifications

Notifications appear on the Dashboard in the Notifications card and as banners at the top of the app. Click Mark all as read to clear the list.

Type	When it is sent
Video queued	A generation was accepted and sent to the AI model.
Video ready	A generation finished successfully. The message names the product; View opens the video.
Video failed	A generation could not be completed, or did not finish within an hour. The credits have been refunded to your one-time balance.
Low credits	After a generation leaves you with 10 credits or fewer. Sent once until you read it.
No credits	After a generation uses your last credits. Sent once until you read it.
Plan and billing	Confirms a plan activation, a credit purchase, a renewal or a cancellation (with the date your plan ends).

Your current balance is also visible in the Credits counter on the Dashboard and in the cost estimate when you start a video.

Notifications are only shown inside the app; Vigenfy does not send emails.
