Settings

The Settings page has four sections. Changes are saved with the save bar at the top of the page.

Watermark​

See Watermark.

Preferences​

App language – one of 11 languages (English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian). This changes the admin interface only; it has no effect on generated videos or on what your customers see.

Plan & usage​

A read-only summary of your account: current plan, renewal date, subscription credits, one-time credits, total available, videos generated, lifetime credits used and the account creation date. Use Manage billing & plans to change plan or buy credits (see Credits and billing).

Delete account​

Vigenfy has no separate "delete account" button: your account is deleted when you uninstall the app from Shopify admin. Uninstalling permanently removes:

  • all generated videos stored by Vigenfy,
  • your transaction history,
  • notifications,
  • watermark settings and the uploaded logo.

Videos already added to a product's media in Shopify are not affected.

One-time credits you bought are not lost: they are restored when you install the app again. If you have an active paid subscription, the remaining subscription credits of the current period are lost when you uninstall. The app recommends waiting until the end of the billing period. Open Shopify Apps page in this section takes you to the right place in your admin.
