Service status​

Current availability of the app and its services is published at status.vigenfy.com.

Data and privacy in short​

  • Product photos are sent to the provider of the chosen AI model only to generate your scene or video; the Privacy Policy lists the providers and how long each keeps them. Vigenfy does not use your photos or videos to train AI models; the AI providers work under their own terms, and some may use the content they receive to improve their models.
  • Generated videos are stored on Vigenfy's storage until you delete them or uninstall the app.
  • Uninstalling the app deletes your Vigenfy data; see Settings → Delete account.
