Videos library
The Videos page lists every video generated for your store.
Overview
At the top you see three counters: Total videos, This month and Failed.
Below them the list can be narrowed with:
- Status tabs – All, Completed, Processing, Queued, Failed, Cancelled.
- Search by product title.
- AI model filter.
Click Clear filters to reset.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | The request was accepted and is waiting for the AI provider. |
| Processing | The AI model is rendering the clip; the watermark and thumbnail are added afterwards. |
| Completed | The video is stored and ready to download or publish. |
| Failed | Generation did not succeed. The credits were refunded to your one-time balance. Open the video to see the error message. |
| Cancelled | The request was stopped before completion. |
Viewing a video
Click View on a row to open the video player with its details: AI model, resolution, aspect ratio, duration, FPS, audio, fixed camera, credits used (and refunded), generated/completed dates, seed, whether it was added to the product, the custom prompt and, for failed videos, the error message and retry attempts.
From the same dialog you can:
- Download the MP4 file.
- Add to product – uploads the video to the product's media gallery in Shopify. If you turned on Automatically add video to product when generating, this has already happened and the row shows it.
Deleting videos
Tick one or more rows (or Select all) and click Delete selected. Deletion is permanent and does not refund credits. Videos that were already added to a product remain in the product's media in Shopify; delete them there separately if needed.
